Its founder, Megan Decker Boudreaux, hopes that the blend of real estate services paired with a full array of design resources – such as residential and commercial property interior design, professional staging, and new build/remodeling finish out selections – will differentiate SEVEN from other brokerage firms.
“It’s important to me that SEVEN be a cut far above the average brokerage,” says Boudreaux. “Blending my two passions – real estate and interior design – was a way to set myself apart from the pack, both for our clientele and the agents we’ll serve as a result. I’m deeply humbled to be able to serve others by showcasing the skill sets I’ve worked so hard over the years to obtain.”
Boudreaux explained that the name SEVEN is derived from a practical rationale – a nod to Texas area codes – but it also holds a sentimental meaning to her: sentimental and practical rationale.
“My late mother and I shared seven as our favorite number – it’s the number of perfection and it’s deeply important in our faith,” says Boudreaux. “When my mom died in July of 2007, it solidified it as ‘my number’ even further. This company is, in part, a tribute to her. I know she’d be proud of all that I’ve accomplished alongside my husband and my family by my side.”
Boudreaux established herself quickly as a hard-working and hard-hitting Realtor in her early days, serving clients looking for residential properties to commercial investments. Her relationships and her commitment to authenticity are what she attributes to being her key differentiators.
“I’m excited to lead this new team into developing relationships with clients with a customized and professional approach.
