The strength of our team comes from the collaboration of knowledge and information between agents in a supportive and fun atmosphere.

Seven Realty and Design offers a highly competitive commission structure plan, and we do not charge our agents: brokerage royalties or franchise fees, monthly desk fees, transaction fees, mentoring fees, minimum sales fees, etc. We are a boutique brokerage for a reason- all of our agents receive full Broker support. This includes transaction support from start to finish, constant access to Broker to ask questions, get help or advice, or assistance in resolving issues, along with one on one meetings/training as needed or wanted, team meetings, and monthly team happy hours.
